Founding Partner and CEO

Yogi has over 25 years of investment experience. Yogi founded Hassium in 2006 after ten years in the Private Wealth Management division at Goldman Sachs. Yogi manages client relationships, with input into Hassium risk management, investment management and advisory consulting services. Yogi is a regular market commentator for Bloomberg TV and CNBC. Yogi has a MBA from the London Business School. Yogi was a Trustee for the Amy Winehouse Foundation and is an Advisory Board Member for the University of Birmingham.

COO and Head of Compliance

Hayley has over 30 years of operations, risk management and compliance experience, including 25 years at Goldman Sachs and various wealth management roles within the MFO industry. Hayley is responsible for the Hassium operational processes and compliance function. Hayley is an associate member of the CISI holding a Level 3 Certificate in Global Financial Compliance. In her spare time Hayley is also on the board of Eywa Music.

Partner and Chief Investment Officer

Bharat has over 12 years of investment experience ranging from providing OCIO services for $100m+ institutional mandates to actively managing over $500m of discretionary multi-asset AuM during his time at both Hassium and previously at Cambridge Associates. As CIO Bharat is responsible for the Hassium investment process, investment portfolios, and investment team. Bharat holds a BSc First-Class Honours in Economics.

Junior Portfolio Manager

Nick is involved in investment research and management of discretionary client portfolios. Nick holds a First-Class Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Masters in Finance and Investments both from Loughborough University. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Senior Private Banker

Mark has over 20 years of investment and private banking experience including 16 years at Coutts Private Bank. Mark looks after the investment portfolios for international private families. Mark inputs into the Hassium investment process. Mark holds the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma and the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice. Mark is an avid fund raiser for a number of hospice charities.

Executive Assistant

Helen supports Yogi and the senior leadership team with operations across the business. Helen has 10 years of experience in recruitment and supporting C-suite executives.

Financial Analyst

Jana is involved in investment research and supports the team in management of discretionary client portfolios. She holds a degree in Mathematical Sciences, majoring in Financial Risk Management from Stellenbosch University.

Investment Operations & Compliance Analyst

Ilina is involved in supporting Hayley in Hassium’s operational processes and compliance function. Ilina has a degree in Business and HR Management from the University of East Anglia.

Financial Analyst

Fitz is involved in investment research and supports the team in the management of discretionary client portfolios. Fitz holds a degree in Politics and International Relations from Durham University. Prior to joining Hassium, Fitz spent a year working in capital introductions, working alongside fund managers and institutional investment teams, gaining a deep exposure into institutional investment strategies and client mandates.
