Senior Advisor

Tim has over 25 years of experience across law, banking and asset management, having worked at institutions including Baker McKenzie and JP Morgan before becoming CEO of Amadeus Capital, a Geneva-based independent asset management firm. Tim supports Hassium as a Senior Advisor, supporting client relationships, Hassium's investment process and consulting services, as well as providing strategic support to the management team. Tim holds a Master’s degree in European Business Law from the University of Paris.

CEO & Partner

Bharat has over a decade of investment experience, ranging from providing OCIO services for $100m+ institutional mandates to actively managing over $500m of discretionary multi-asset AuM during his time at both Hassium and previously at Cambridge Associates. As CEO, Bharat is responsible for managing client relationships, the Hassium investment process, with input into risk management and corporate governance. Bharat holds a BSc First-Class Honours in Economics.

COO and Head of Compliance

Hayley has over 30 years of operations, risk management and compliance experience, including 25 years at Goldman Sachs and various wealth management roles within the MFO industry. Hayley is responsible for the Hassium operational processes and compliance function. Hayley is an associate member of the CISI holding a Level 3 Certificate in Global Financial Compliance. In her spare time Hayley is also on the board of Eywa Music.

Senior Private Banker

Mark has over 20 years of investment and private banking experience including 16 years at Coutts Private Bank. Mark looks after the investment portfolios for international private families. Mark inputs into the Hassium investment process. Mark holds the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma and the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice. Mark is an avid fund raiser for a number of hospice charities.

Junior Portfolio Manager

Nick has 5 years of investment experience and is involved in Hassium's investment process across both discretionary management and in an advisory capacity. Nick plays a key role in portfolio management, investment research, and leads consolidated reporting within Hassium's OCIO offering. Nick holds a First-Class Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master's in Finance and Investments, both from Loughborough University, and is a CFA charterholder.

Financial Analyst

Jana is involved in investment research and supports the Investment Team in management of discretionary client portfolios. With experience spanning both asset management and wealth management, she supports the broader investment process, engages with clients, and contributes to portfolio decisions across a wide range of client mandates. Jana holds a degree in Mathematical Sciences, majoring in Financial Risk Management, from Stellenbosch University.

Financial Analyst

Fitz is involved in investment research and supports the team in the management of discretionary client portfolios. Fitz holds a degree in Politics and International Relations from Durham University. Prior to joining Hassium, Fitz spent a year working in capital introductions, working alongside fund managers and institutional investment teams, gaining a deep exposure into institutional investment strategies and client mandates.

Investment Operations & Compliance Analyst

Ilina is involved in Hassium’s investment operations, playing a key role in ensuring the efficient execution of operational processes and the day-to-day support of the investment team. Ilina supports Hayley across regulatory obligations and operational matters. Ilina has over one year of industry experience and holds a degree in Business and Human Resource Management from the University of East Anglia.

Executive Assistant

Helen supports the Senior Leadership Team with day-to-day operations across the business. With a strong background in recruitment, she has spent much of her career supporting C-suite executives with operational, administrative, and coordination responsibilities, helping to ensure the smooth running of the business.
