    We ensure that becoming a Hassium client is as straightforward as it can be. We complete as much of the administration as we can on our side and provide guidance on the rest. The choice of digital access is available during the onboarding process.

  • Communication

    We take a highly engaged approach at the outset of the Hassium client journey. Time is dedicated to understanding the client’s objectives, expectations, constraints, and approach to risk, in close coordination with their advisers. Clear and consistent communication underpins our service, supported by regular market commentary and strategic updates.

  • Continuity

    All clients have access to the investment team and senior members of the firm. Our partnership structure incentivises employees to grow with Hassium and become owners of the business. This provides clients continuity in an ever-changing world.

  • Reporting

    Every element of our reports are customised to your needs. We work with clients and their advisors to understand the information that is important to them and how frequently it is required.

    Most crucial to our reporting is transparency and simplicity. We avoid jargon, prefer simplicity, and we ensure clients understand what is in their portfolios.

  • Education

    Next generation education is a key principle at Hassium. Where required, we work closely with our clients to educate members of the family on financial markets, investment products and risk management.
